Use appropriate and non-misleading photos
Comply with all applicable real estate laws and regulations

Prohibited Content

5. Agent Verification

Real estate agents must complete our verification process before their listings become publicly visible. This process includes:

6. User Conduct

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PEERAPHAT PROPERTY 99 SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

We are not a party to any real estate transaction and are not responsible for disputes between users.

10. Indemnification

11. Termination
